Someone from administration at Telstra, could you please update the Telstra store email address at this address https://crowdsupport.telstra.com.au/t5/Telstra-Muswellbrook-Store/bd-p/EFEU to muswellbrook@telstrastores.com.au to prevent confusion in the future.

This is not a mainstream communications channel. If you are the manager of the store, you should be able to request through mainstream channels to get the details in the Telstra directory updated.

 

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
