can't connect to the account bigpond
I cannot receive or send emails on my bigpond account. When I go into INTERNET ACCOUNT settings, I get a pop up message asking for the mail password. The correct password is entered but not accepted. How do I change the password?

It is highly likely that it is not your password that is wrong.. several people have experienced this of late, and it is probably a server issue.. so I would hold off changing the password if you can still use it to log in to Webmail and/or your Telstra account
Depending on what you use to check your emails, the client may give the option to increase the server timeout..
Too many devices, probably an addict :-) also a tinkerer and developer of stuff..
Not with Telstra, just another customer like you!
