Cannot open reward store

It is been more than 2 weeks now. I cannot open the reward store.

Looks like there is an issue between my account and the reward store.


If I did not log in, I can access the store.

But after logged in, the spinner is there for a long time, and then it says

I already checked with CS many times, and the response was always like it will be resolved in 48 hours.

I wanted to redeem the wireless charge, the one on the discount (12k points from 18k points).

I don't wanna just missed it because of this issue

Hi Ping. That's no good. 

I am not aware of any widespread issues with the Rewards Store, I can seem to access it with no issues. 

What device are you accessing it on?

Thanks for the reply, I don't believe it is the device issue cos I can log into my wife's account without issue.


But to answer the question, I tried Mac, Windows, iOS with Safari and Chrome (with cleaned cache, history and etc). I believe there is some bad data associated with my account, and that bad data breaks my reward store.


I can provide some of my Telstra Plus account here if it can help the investigation
