Directly debit bonus points

Was promised 50000 bonus points within ( advertised WITHIN 14 DAYS)  14 days of first direct debit payment but no points and well over 14 days - think Telstra bonus point scheme should be renamed scam - enquired with their billing t team promised contact within 2 business days and still nothing - thanks Telstra not. Guess you’ll lose my business this year when contract is up especially with performance as slack as this.

I hear you Lillybet...I signed up for the DD in Dec 2019, first DD 14 Jan, 30 Jan still no bonus 50k points. Contacted Telstra, “they should appear in your account in the next couple days”...yeah sure!
It’s now 1 March and still no 50k bonus points. This is the easiest stuff to do to keep customers happy but they screwed it up just like my NBN installation.

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
