Duplicate receipt

Hi there, I ordered and received a pair of headphones through points redemption. They have stopped working and I want to get them replaced but I can’t find the receipt anywhere in my emails. Does anyone know if you’re able to generate a duplicate receipt somehow, or access it in the app? I can see it on my list of transactions but it’s not a clickable link. Thanks heaps 🙂

You could have a look at the My Telstra app -> Get help -> Track my orders - Order history

@Dowser  Don't think Telstra Plus redemptions show up in the order history..
