I’m trying to figure out how to register for the Elton John presale. Both myself and my friend are Telstra customers but neither have received Telstra Thanks emails about his tour. Thanks.

How do I register for presale tickets for Elton John

Hi @Loz18,

There is no registration for the Pre-sale, you simply need to go to https://tel.st/85jr5 and follow the prompts on the day the Pre-sale opens. 

For Capital cities Pre-sale access starts Wednesday 6 February 9am local time while for all other shows, Pre-sale access starts Friday 8 February 9am local time.

This is incorrect, it asked for a presale code, now I have missed the chance to buy tickets

If you click the link on the page above for your local show it should carry through with the correct details. I did it for Adelaide without any issues.

i have the email and the link and all of the get tickets have come up for the day on the green events except for the sirromet one - which is of course the one I live near - so frustrating

and the other annoying thing is there is absolutely no phone contact details or a chat or any way to ask if someone could turn this event on. :-(

@Dani39, Is there a problem with the pre-Sale website? When GA tickets are selected it returnes the response

I have tried every combination and no luck. Advice please?
