Keyword systems haven't been used for quite a long time now.
You just need to be logged in to your Telstra account.

And before anybody asks, there is a 6 ticket limit.

If you need Accessible (eg Wheelchair Access) tickets, they need to be organised directly through the venue. Numbers are listed on the Presale Site.

I went to book through ticketek special needs line and they required a unique code ??? I did not receive an email from Telstra with this code ?? Now I’ve missed out

There wasn't really a unique code. It was TELSTRA. And you needed to book with the venue direct.

Sorry to read about your issues purchasing pre-sale tickets. 

There is no code for general Telstra customers, they are purchased through your My Account page under the Telstra Thanks section.
