I am not able to get log into My Telstra Plus account

Hi There 

I am not able to connect to my Telstra Plus Account where i had over 35K point 

 

Its keeps giving me error Support code: CNE1072 

I have tried numerous times via Telstra App 24/7 every time I get informed someone will look into this and will come back to you . So far i had no luck getting my Telstra Plus Gold access sorted 

Can i get someone to help and resolved this matter one for all.

since joining Telstra I cannot get onto the Telstra. when I rang in they told me I have joined telstra plus I did see points for joining when I first registered for Telstra my app and then all of a sudden it disappeared and now when I logged onto telstra plus from my telstra account I keeping getting this Support code: CNE1072. its disappointing because I'm losing out on points and when I speak to some one the phone they keep saying you are joined however I cannot see my points at all not even sure if I'm getting points when my bills are been paid. please can you help.

If this was happening to me, I would have the password to my account reset.

This would refresh things on Telstra's end to.

Ps. Your points balance should not be affected by your inability to sign in to your account.

I don't work for Telstra, Never have, I am just a Telstra customer like you.
