I purchased AirPods through Telstra plus rewards
How do I follow up on them? I did not receive a confirmation emailI have no information on my app except that they were purchased on the 29/11 and 50000 points redeemed. I cannot seem to speak to someone at Telstra, it just hangs up.

If you haven't received a confirmation email, I'd recommend sending a message through the My Telstra app https://tel.st/hfz4z by selecting 'get help' and then the blue speech bubble to start a chat.
We'll have access to your account from there and can check for the confirmation.

Thank you, this didn’t work previously as I didn’t have an order number. However online tracking is apparently unavailable today so I’ve been forwarded to an agent. Hopefully this will help. I’ve since been into a Telstra shop who gave me an order number and lodged a case. I subsequently received a text to request I reply to an email which I didn’t receive. I discovered my email address within Telstyys was incorrect. I’ve amended it now.
