I should not be back on contract
I have been with Telstra and Foxtel for at least 20 years and have been off contract for years. I have just changed my Foxtel plan and find out that I am now back on contract. I do not want to be on contract again, and was never advised that changing my plan would put me back. I believe there was a recent case about this same matter and the lady went to the Ombudsman and it was decided that you have no right to put back on contract. Please remove my contract.

You will need to call 132200 to discuss that as nothing can be done about it through this forum.
If the frontline consultants can't fix it for you, lodge a formal complaint via https://telstra.com/complaints
