Issue Activating Kayo 3 Month Offer

I have a free 3 month Kayo offer but cannot activate it.  The offer is attached to my iPad plan but the sign up seems to require an OTP which my iPad cannot receive.


Online chat can't resolve, my account has the correct contact number (which is not a Telstra service).


Any thoughts on how this can be resolved?
