Issue with Telsta Plus deducting points and cash but no confirmation
I purchased on the 1st December the airpod w/ charger using 70,000 points and cash - which both were deducted - from the App and my credit card. However, I did not receive any confirmation or order number. It is recorded in my App's purchase history but no reference number. For the last 5 days, Telstra have been unable to locate the order and have sent me in circles. I have visited a store, spoken to people on the phone, used the App chat support but no on has been able to find the order. Desperately wanting to resolve this as it was to be a Christmas present and time is running out.
