Missing rewards

Ordered 3 items ,they took my points , only received 2 items in the courier bag,  where is my remote control please.Tried msg Telstra but it seems to go in circles. I cannot watch Telstra TV without a remote control.

Rectify our problems please Thank you.

Hey nightshade, unfortunately as a public forum no one here can access your account to look into this for you, easiest way to get to Telstra at the moment is to send them a message in the My Telstra app and they will get back to you after a couple hours.
