No accounts found when trying to activate Stan offer
No one seems to be able to help me with this as when I call I’m directed to the 24/7 chat but they have either dropped out of the chat or not been able to help... frustrating! Just trying to activate my free 6 months of Stan and it keeps coming up with error messages about no services found or no accounts found - we have 4 services attached to account! Any help???

Hi BA777, I hope you can take up this offer soon. Can you please try to log into https://tel.st/kyg8f with your Telstra ID to see if the Stan promotion is available to redeem there?

im having the same issue here, I have 5 services linked but as yet no Stan Membership. It keeps saying I have to link services to my account via the 24/7 app. Messaged about it and they said they're having issues with their online service and to try a different browser, which I already had done and changed device and still nothing.

No resolution here, still doing it. Apparently Telstra are aware of the issue too and are “fixing” it.
