Pre Sale tickets for Kiss

Hi I was just trying to see if my username and password was working to get pre sale tickets tomorrow for Kiss. When I try and login it comes up with a error code NCLE001. I know that I am early and they have not gone on sale as yet but did not want to get to tomorrow and find out it does not work at all and miss out. Could someone please help.

Do you need a pre sale password or just go in via My Telstra and that works ?

Yes, there is, you just had to change venues to see Adelaide.

I did change the venue and as far as I can see there is still no pricing for the tickets in Adelaide.
