Problems redeeming Stan offer


I’m having trouble redeeming the 3 month Stan offer. Once clicking through from Telstra plus, it takes me to the Stan home page. I’ve logged in to my account and the Telstra offer is not there although on Telstra benefits page it’s saying it was redeemed. I’ve now been charged for a month’s worth of streaming. Stan are saying it’s a problem on Telstra’s end.
