Redeem credit of $75 which was activated 25 July to watch box office movies

Offer activated 25 July and Aquaman watched 27 July and I was charged $6.99 for it. Why didn't my credit take care of this charge?

Was this helpful?

  • Yes it was, thank you

When you go to make the purchase it should show the $6.99 but it should charge that to the credit balance on the account.

If you go to the website, go to settings, payments it should show the credit there as something like “Your Telstra TV Box Office Account Credit is: $111”. If you click history from there it should show the full billing history.
