Yes, my order was placed in 22.3.20 (LYO50740416). Nothing has been received, but my points have been deducted. I

understand that there are delays, but the last advice indicated a 2-3 day delivery. Would love to know what is going on.

I have the same problem. Ordered 5 April and still nothing. Contacted Telstra and they said to wait. Nearly 2 months and yes they took my points straight away. I’ve jus lodged a bad feedback to them. I’ll let you know if I get results.😊

I placed an order on the 17/5 and I haven't received my galaxy buds+ yet either. I have used the telstra message service to talk to someone but the first two lied and said it was because of covid 19 that postage times are longer than usual ( quoted 10 days) and the last one just told me that they are not in stock and he can't give me an update on when they will be in stock.

 

I asked if I can cancel the order to which he said no. Telstra customer service is getting worse and worse. Didnt know that was possible
