Seem to get a different answer every time. 14 days after completion date, after 1 billing cycle, not sure if eligible and so on.

Not the answer you want, but the period varies.. and probably more so under the Covid conditions that Telstra hides behind lately.
Pre Covid, I waited for 6 weeks (and lots of calls/messages involved) to get points restored after an order was mysteriously cancelled without notice which I felt was wrong considering they take the Rewards points immediately when you place the order. Other times, after purchases the points took up to a month post Covid.. the most consistent ones are the points awarded after bill payments.. about 2 weeks.. even now, but then, there is no Covid delay with buying new devices/services or payment of bills..
Too many devices, probably an addict 🙂 also a tinkerer and developer of stuff..
Not with Telstra, just another customer like you!
