Telstra Plus and rewards

What is it and being a customer for many years how do I access points and rewards . My telstra just led me up garden path .. With same message a few times a day over many

Have you signed up for telstra plus on ? You won't earn points till you do i don't think.

I've had the same problem for over a month now. Chatting with the app chat is useless. My complaint as now been escalated with the support team to investigate. I am meant to get another reply by early next week. Please email my case manager and let her you you have the same issue. Maybe if more people complain they will fix it. I can see other people have been having the same issue to.
