Telstra Plus Gold Member Chat

I am currently a Gold Member and have attempted many times to contact through the in app Gold Member Support Chat but it does not work. I cannot send messages. Where is the value in reaching Gold Member Level if some of benefits if they do not work? Is this a known problem?

Have you tried deleting and reinstalling the app and clearing cookies and cache?

When did you become a Gold Member?
