Telstra Plus Invoice

G'day,

I have an outstanding Telstra Plus Invoice issued on the 27/03/2020.

 

I have not received any other information reference my orders delivery.

 

Also I have an outstanding Complaint Telstra Reference: SR 1-2191714257879, no action for at least 6 weeks??????

There are lengthly delays for online orders at the moment, the next email you'll receive will be a link from StarTrack so you can track your delivery. As for your complaint, there are again massive delays due to the loss of contact centres.

SR 1-2191714257879 Dates back to August 2019 so I agree to the massive delay comment.
