Telstra plus missing paperwork

Hi there,

I used points and cash to purchase a modem about 10 days ago.  I have not received any notification by email, or the item but my points have been reduced for it.  Who do I contact to get the paperwork and an update!

There has been a number of posts whereby people have ordered a new Telstra modem and are still waiting (Apart from Telstra Plus orders).

 

It appears to be a stock issue, and considering they are made oversea's the COVID-19 will be the cause.

 

To get hold of Telstra, use the My Telstra app and leave a message via the "Get Help" icon at the bottom of the screen. It will go in a queue and be answered as soon as they can.

There will be delays because of a recent cyberattack at Toll, (nothing to do with stock levels) expect orders to be delayed by around 10 days or so. You'll receive a tracking link once it is on its way.

Also, if you did points + pay, you'll receive an invoice to your nominated email, the tracking link will follow shortly.
