Telstra Plus Multiple Accounts

I have 3 Telstra Plus accounts under the one Telstra log in, I contacted 13 22 00 a few months ago as suggested by the site to combine into one membership, since then all bill payments and recharges are going into the main membership (1) however I still have points in membership (3) from before. I also cannot access the reward store as it defaults to membership 2 (which just has 1000 signup points) with the following error

"You have no active services with Telstra

As you do not have any active services with Telstra, you will not be able to enjoy any of the benefits within the rewards store. Please activate a service to be able to enjoy Telstra's loyalty rewards."
