I placed an order for a Google Nest on 12 Dec 2020 and had points and $45 deducted from my credit card. I have made several complaints including in person at your Airport West store and have had no solution. I intend raising a complaint with my credit card supplier to have the amount refunded.

FYI neither your App or the web page 'contact us' are working - disgraceful service

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
