Telstra plus

Hi guys I’m wanting to sign up for Telstra plus but every time I try to it keeps saying that the account holder must sign up first but I am the account holder so I’m not sure what else to do??

I have the same issue, very keen to hear the solution. Confirmed correct user ID via using my account number in the “can’t login” field.

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
