Telstra points not accumulating

Hi all,

 

Who can I speak to, that can check why Telstra points aren’t accumulating. We’ve been stuck on 58,000 points for some time even though we’ve been paying the bills. 
We haven’t redeemed any points either.

Can you see the payments in the bills area of My Account or My Telstra?

 

And are all your account details correct?

 

Take screenshots of the bill history, payment history and Telstra Plus activity..  then perhaps raise a complaint at https://say.telstra.com.au/customer/general/forms/Email-Complaint

 

You could try the Telstra Help bots, but you might have trouble explaining it all..  more correctly getting them to understand the issue..

Many thanks for your prompt response. 
I can see my point balance.. it says I’m accumulating points but the balance has been the same for a while. I set up my parents account the exact same time and they spend roughly the same amount, but they have 72,000 points where I’m still stuck on 58,000.

 

Perhaps I’ll raise a complaint.

Your bill payments and points activity should both be visible in your account and should tie up with each other (few days difference between the payment and the points)..

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
