Telstra rewards

So I joined Telstra Plus rewards early on- I redeem my points for a set of Bluetooth headphones- they remove the points from my account -I don’t receive the headphones- there’s no way of contacting the rewards store so points gone and Telstra plus becomes another Pointless rewards scheme. Really irritating and at this point I wouldn’t recommend joining.

You can chat online with a consultant via Livechat, or call 132200 and say "Telstra Plus" at the prompt.

 

They should be able to get you a status update.

 

Otherwise, lodge a formal complaint via https://telstra.com/complaints

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
