TelstraPlus rewards - product points value

I ordered a product with my rewards points a few months ago, which had a value of 30,000 points.  I just ordered the same product again on Saturday, but this time it cost me an additional 10,000 points - i.e. 40,000 points. It is the same product and it was from a tier which should receive a discount as well!

Why?

Was this helpful?

  • Yes it was, thank you
  • No, I still need help

Re: TelstraPlus rewards - product points value

Because they change the amount of points that it takes to buy items from time to time. Sometimes it costs less to get an item, sometimes more.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

Set it & forget it

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
