Yes you can.

However you need to be a full authority on there account.

Otherwise you would have to call Telstra.

If you are a full authority, Do the following.

Go to https://plus.telstra.com.au/

Sign in.

Scroll down to View points history.

Then click on Transfer points to another member.

Yes, your partner can transfer points to you. As mentioned above: They'll need to be a full authority on your account. Otherwise, they would need to jump in to a chat with our Telstra Plus specialists using their My Telstra app.

If they are a full authority, have them follow these steps:

1. Go to https://tel.st/xczv2

2. Sign in.

3. Scroll down to View points history.

4.Then click on Transfer points to another member.

No there is not, I have full authority on 2 account and neither give the option to transfer anywhere

You only need to be a full authority on the account that the points are being transferred from; you do not need to have any sort of relationship to the account that the points are being transferred to.

 

I can confirm that on my account (Gold Member - account owner), that the transfer points option is not present.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

So if I understand you correctly, I should be able to transfer points to anyone I want?

As I would obviously be a full authority on my own account!

That doesn't work.

Here is how it works for me.

I log onto Telstra Plus as per my instructions written above.

Only the accounts that I am a full authority on show up.

I can not transfer points to anyone I am not a full authority on.

I am also a limited authority across multiple accounts.

I can not transfer points to anyone I am a limited authority on.

The option to transfer points to anyone I want doesn't exist. I wish it did.

It should allow you to transfer points to anyone as the terms and conditions state that you can transfer points to any account that has signed up for Telstra Plus.

 

The Telstra Plus website does appear to be inconsistent with its own T&Cs.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

Well it would be nice if it did work that way, It doesn't. I click on transfer points to another member and only the accounts I am a full authority on show up! I have no idea why this is working for me and not other people!

 

Telstra is inconsistent with its own T&Cs in multiple cases, Just like....Telstra is no longer assigning email address to new customers, Which they are.
