Unable to access Telstra Plus Store

Hi, i'm trying to log in to the Telstra Plus store to try to redeem some points, but when i clock on the 'Store' link it loops back to the plus home page - have tried several browsers and from my phone and i'm not able to get in to redeem anything. Please help!

Try it using an incognito/private window in your browser.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

I have the same issue and private window did not help..any other fixes..?
