I am having issues joining Telstra Plus
Have tried multiple times from the my.account page for my prepaid mobile phone service
When I get to the end of setup of Telstra Plus I get the following message - this has occured several times over the past week, using multiple webbrowsers.
We weren't able to complete your registration. We're working on the problem, please try again later.
Support code: LBUK001
Any ideas or suggestions would be appricated
I feel like I have already missed out on getting some points and so would really like to get this fixed.
