Unable to log into Telstra Plus

I have been having issue signing in to Telstra Plus. I have NO PROBLEM with signing into MyAccount with my Telstra ID and it is indicated on my dashboard I have signed up for Telstra Plus. But whenever i tried to click on the Telstra Plus tab, it brings me to a blank screen and the little "need help window" pops up. Tried live chat and talking on the phone with at least 3 different persons from different department but none unable to help after hours or trying. Worst is when i was asked to contact Ticketek which i cannot relate at all how it can help me to access my Telstra Plus "benefits" or perhaps I should call it "scam" now..Scamming "my time".....with no solution...

I had a similar problem signing into Telstra Plus redemption page ie blank page. I was using Google Chrome browser but when I switched my browser to Firefox, it’s working again.

Set it & forget it

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
