Undelivered reward redemption

I redeemed 10,000 reward points on 9 April 2020 for a Google Nest Mini device and remains undelivered. The invoice number is LBO50816827. I also have not received a dispatch notification.

I have contacted Telstra a couple of times (and that was hard work) and they blame COVID-19 for the poor delivery times. On the same day I redeemed points for another device that was dispatched 7 days later (due to Easter) and arrived 16 April. COVID-19 did not seem to affect that delivery!

Can someone get the rewards centre to dispatch my device?

The item finally arrived on 4 June after lodging an online complaint. The crowd support was of no help what so ever!

You will need to either try calling 132200 or send a message using the My Telstra app (blue icon, bottom right of Get Help screen).

 

Nobody at Crowdsupport has access to Telstra's systems to follow up on orders/rewards.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
