why is my Samsung A20 locked , that was purchased using Telstra Plus points
I used points to purchase the phone , there was no mention anywhere about " prepay or locked" on the web page in the rewards store description area . just phone specs and features about the phone . I do not use telstra for my carrier of choice and was under the impression i was getting a phone outright. The box turns up today with pre pay written all over it and a Telstra sim inside the box ,
and now i see they want $80 to unlock . totally not happy and feel totally deceived.
no mention of locked or pre pay
