One on one appointments

I have a collection of Mobil phones, Foxtel via Telstra, broadband etc.

We have accumulated a number of packages and plans and I'm sure we can't be getting the best possible deal.

I've seen the information re having one on one appointments (ask the expert I think it was called) with telstra to review circumstances and needs. To be really frank, I want to cut my costs not add to our services so I don't want to make an appointment and then find the agent is only really interested in selling me upgraded Or additional services! Please excuse my cynicism - I just don't want to waste my time or the consultants if it's not really the right place for me to be getting that kind of advice.

Was this helpful?

  • Yes it was, thank you
  • No, I still need help
