Placing an Order

Hello,

 

I would like to place an order for a Netgear Sierra wireless Aircard 320U. I tried to do this through the customer service team, however I was advised this is not possible. I also phoned you store and there was no answer.

 

Can you please confirm that you will place the order for my item, and that you will advise me when I can come and collect the item and pay for it? I understand it is $192.00

This device is no longer available, we have devices specific to either Prepaid or Postpaid plans.

Was this for a Postpaid or Prepaid set up?

 

You can either purchase it as a Prepaid device online here https://www.telstra.com.au/broadband/mobile-broadband/prepaid or on a plan 

 

The Mobile WiFi devices we have available are on Postpaid plans as per our website for Telstra Mobile Broadband  https://www.telstra.com.au/broadband/mobile-broadband/plans or for Bigpond Mobile broadband if you click the tab on the right.
