DTMF automated calls on NBN T-Voice handset
Just switched to NBN with Telstra. Home phone calls are now made via Telstra T-Voice® 503 Handset.
Everything works fine except when making calls to automated phone systems: the keys pressed on the handset are not recognised.
I assume that is because DFTM is not activated? Could not find any settings to activate it on the handset.
Works fine when making calls from iPad.

Is this happening on all automated lines? You can also test with Telstra line tech support number 132203 which asks you to enter the phone number initially.
