T Voice issues

I have just opened a telstra account. Ive used my S5 Samsung phone to download and setup TVoice. It works fine at this point. When i either restart or clear my opened apps though I have to reopen the app everytime for the app to work and to recieve incoming calls on my landline while Im at home.


I have a T Gateway modem which was just shipped last week. I've plugged everything into it as per directions. As I said , I dont have any problems when I have the app opened, only when I kill my open apps or restart my phone.


Surely this isn't the way it's supposed to be? or am I doing something wrong?
