TELSTRA T-VOICE 503 DECT CORDLESS PHONE

The phone was used about a month, now does not work with a message saying DATA Sync

I have tried to  pair it but does not work, batteries new Can I get it replaced at a Telstra store please

If you purchased it at a Telstra Store and you have the receipt, you can take it back to organise a replacement within 12 months. If this was ordered online, you will need to contact Tech Support to organise the replacement.
