When I attempt to make a call using the T-Voice app nothing happens.
If you can dial the number from the T-Voice dial pad, make sure that you have wired the compatible Telstra gateway correctly. Refer to the Wiring your T-Gateway or Telstra Gateway Max document <<refer to the document 6859 Gateway Wiring User Manual R2.pdf>> on how to wire your gateway.
If your T-Voice dial pad indicates that you are not connected, go to Settings->Connection Details and check that the Enable Connection to Gateway is on. If the issues persists, close T-Voice and open it again. If this fails to resolve the issue, go to Settings->Connection Details and select Run T-Voice Setup to step through the Install Wizard.
