When making/receiving calls on my Telstra landline (T-Voice); the recipient cannot hear me
I had Telstra service (TV, Internet, T-Voice) installed a couple of weeks ago. Everything worked fine before; but now when I make or receive calls, I can clearly here the other person, but they cannot hear me. The phone rings and I can dial out. I have tried both Internationally and local; there is the same problem. I signed up for the International plan on 21-June; it worked right after that, but not now. I have called my technician that installed the services; we troubleshooted and could not come up with a solution (we reset the modem, unplugged and plugged back in the NBN box, unplugged and plugged in the phone to the wall, etc).

It sounds like you've done all the troubleshooting that you can do from your end. Please give our Faults team a call so they can investigate this further.
If you have a copper line please contact 13 22 03 or, if you have an NBN connection please contact 1800 834 273 (and say faults).
