SIM Card Issue
I came into your store yesterday as there seems to be an issue with my SIM card not working. I was given a new one and told to ring Testra to have them activate it as the person I saw in your store said they could not do it on the computer.
i would like a phone number to call Telstra to speak with an operator as I do not want to do over live chat or Internet and after wasting quite abit of time on the Telstra website there is nowhere I can locate a number to call.
Can an you please assist as I require my mobile for work and personal use and need to get sorted urgently.
