Bigpond Movie Download Error

Since the upgrade we have tired renting a movie and we have been charged but get the following error message when trying to download

"Can't create the download file due to can't load the manifest. The file has been deleted"


Can anyone help as I have been on hold on and off all day to Telstra which is really not helpful.

Does anyone know how to fix movie downloads problem since they changed the system on the Telstra tbox.
