I have just registered was able to rent & watch 1 movie but unabl to rent again & cant add credit card details wen i open tab to payment method credit card it goes to nothing other options go to error page y cant i rent a movie or add my credit card

Hey Kayla77, welcome to CrowdSupport.

 

How long a delay was there between the first and second rental? It wouldn't surprise me if there was a cool-down timer between the first rental and a subsequent rental. This would likely be to prevent accidental charges for times where customers accidentally click twice.

 

Where and how were you attempting this please? Through a Mobile device, or a TelstraTV, through a PC etc? We'll need some more details to know how best to advise you further.
