$110 Box Office credit in Telstra Plus
I'm trying to activate my $110 credit for Box Office. I log in to my Telstra account (including Box Office) using an old email and password. The $110 has been credited to a different (newer) email account that I don't use and don't know the password for. How do I get this rectified so I can use the credit please?

I don't believe that the credit would be able to be changed. I believe it would be only accessible on the account that it was redeemed on. The is a manage button on the redemption page but it just 'cancels' the 'subscription' which appears to do nothing.
You could try speak to Telstra TV Box Office support and see if they are able to adjust it, but I am not sure if they will be able to: https://www.telstratv.com/boxoffice/support/contactus
