ACTIVATION ISSUE

I cannot for the life of me log in to 'Manage My Telstra TV' to be able to activate it in the first place! Why?! It keeps bringing me to the same log-in page. Not one staff member has helped me in two days (bit ridiculous) Did anyone on here have the same problem? Telstra TV3.

Having same problem - have been getting literally no where and constantly having to restart this assistance via text message get up

I had the exact same problem when I tried to activate using my phone. I then tried on my PC and the activation completed OK.

 

Who said PC's were obsolete ?  :-)

Wow thanks!  Same here, only I had to use Internet Explorer to do it, not Chrome or Edge.  That's 3 hours of my life i'm not getting back :-)
