afl app not working on telstra tv

What are you expecting it to be able to do?
Note: it is not the same product as the AFL Live app on a mobile/tablet. It is essentially a news browser.

I expect it to work. It won’t even load. Just goes back to the app screen. I was wanting to watch a replay of Friday nights game yesterday. But app won’t even open

Have you tried deleting the App from the Telstra TV and then reinstalling it? There may be an updated version that is required.

Yes I have - 3 times. And resetting the device. Checked firmware-. Every other app works. Just not this one

I'll try mine when I get home (I haven't tried the AFL app on the Telstra TV for years to be honest).
But from memory, even if you get it running, it doesn't show match replays.
It shows match highlights, interviews, etc. That's about it.

It does match replays, I watch them every week until yesterday when the app stopped working. As well as highlights & interviews etc

Yes, you're right. It does show replays. Just goes to show you how long it's been since I used the app on the Telstra TV.

Unfortunately it doesn't help with your problem as it is working fine on my first generation Telstra TV.
