bigpond movies device limited reached

For the second time, threw away $5.99 on a bigpond movie!

About a month ago, we rented one which stopped playing at various stages and had to be reloaded several times (I have v good, stable internet). Anyway tonight took another punt  only to get halfway through when playback quit and the familiar message appeared saying player error had occured, please try again later. Went through the annoying process of reloading the rented movie only to be met with a new error message saying the registered device limit of 5 had been reached. Logged into bigpond account to check on registered devices to find all slots taken by my LG TV? Not able to delete any of the duplicate devices because bigpond alows only one change per month.

Not since the original T-Box have I seen a more flakey platform!
