Bigpond movies support
We purchased Deadpool on 15 January and are unable to download it. It appears to be stuck at about 80% downloaded. I rang customer service and they sent the instructions below. When this happened previously I did NOT have to perform a factory re-set, in fact with the last film that didn't load, I was advised that this happens with some titles, and I was not charged.
Please credit my account with the $9.00 I was charged for this movie.
